Any dilapidated sign or dilapidated supporting structure not in compliance with this Section is an unlawful sign and may be removed by the City in compliance with Chapter 7 and the owner may be prosecuted or be enjoined from continuing such violation. All buildings, roads, parking and driveways, paving, patios, decks, stoops, porches, steps, walkways, piers, or swimming pools constructed on a lot which that [sic] reduce the infiltration capacity of the land or result in increased stormwater runoff. The purpose of this section is to provide guidance to those development projects that have received some form of municipal approval prior to the date of enactment of this Code. After completion of construction, the developer shall deliver to the City as-built construction documents indicating all improvements, new construction, and upgrades. EXTERMINATING SERVICES. The extension of the City or the extension, improvement, or widening of its roads, taking into account access to and extension of sewer and water mains and the instrumentalities of public utilities. 3. A sign may be erected, placed, established, painted, created, or maintained in the City only in conformance with the standards, procedures, exemptions, and other requirements of the Section.
